Dr. Inbar – Protein

Learn how to stay healthy both mentally and physically.  Dr. Inbar shares why protein is so important as an essential nutrient.  Animal based protein (meat, fish, eggs, chicken and dairy products) provides the most complete source of protein. Plant based protein can be substituted for animal based protein but it is necessary to use a combination of protein heavy plant foods (soy, legumes, seeds, nuts, and whole grains) in in order to have a complete protein.
